Craft. Joy. Curiosity.

Hi, I'm Stephanie Davis.

A UX & Visual Designer, Creative Director, and maker & fine artist bridging the gap between digital products, physical spaces, and everything in between.

Harmony + intent

Guided by Johwa (조화), the Korean principle of harmony, I blend 13 years of deep professional experience with an artistic perspective to build thoughtful, delightful experiences.

Corporate decoder

Here is a breakdown of my work over the last 13 years across Big Tech, health, and fintech—grounded in a strong foundation with my Bachelor of Science in Visual Communication Design.

Leadership

With formal management experience, led large teams, interns and apprentices, and cross-functional design vendors. I mentor inclusive high-performing teams, and bring joy to the workplace.

Strategy

I’ve architected design systems for large product ecosystems, led and supported global codesign workshops and defined cross-functional design languages for products like Amazon Astro.

Impact

From launching Google's Accessibility Hub to spearheading GenAI storytelling initiatives for inclusive products, I design and build systems that perform as good as they look.

Johwa Journal

This is a curated space where I document my ongoing creative practice. Basically this is just a blog of stuff that bring me joy, piques my curiosity, and some occasional writing. This is where everything connects.
